Systemwide 2023-2026 Strategic Plan
The Maricopa County Community College District’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan culminated from several facilitated conversations, retreats, and workshops to bring together more than 300 employees, students, and community members to shape the future of our System. The work of those stakeholders produced four strategic priorities for our system:
- Student outreach and success,
- Economic resources and sustainability,
- A cohesive identity, and
- Organizational talent
These strategic priorities illustrate the breadth of this plan and our commitment to enhancing our System for current and future learners. The partnership between MCCCD’s Governing Board and leaders was foundational to producing a plan that represents our communities' broad range of interests.
