Course Equivalency Info

Managing and maintaining Maricopa course equivalency information within the Course Equivalency Guide (CEG) is one of the core functions of the Center for Curriculu m and Transfer Articulation. This involves submitting new and modified Maricopa curriculum to the Arizona public universities for online evaluation through the Course Applicability System, monitoring the online Course Equivalency Guide, and troubleshooting equivalency problems and requests.

The CEG indicates how Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and the University of Arizona accept transfer course work (numbered 100 or above) from the Arizona public institutions (community colleges). Applicability of the transfer credit to completion of major requirements at the universities is not indicated in the CEG.
