Advanced Course Search

Search for Programs Offered by Maricopa Colleges

 Enter one key word or one course (i.e. ENG100) in each text box with no blank spaces.
 
 Hit the back button on your browser after the search results have displayed to return to the search page.
 
 Key word searches will display courses that contain specific words or parts of the word.
 Example: mat - will display all courses containing "MATh", "aniMATion" and all courses with the MAT subject.

Enter one or more courses for an open or closed course search.
Example #1: ESL001 - will display all ESL001 and ESL001 suffixed courses.
Example #2: ESL001AA - will display all ESL001AA courses.
Example #3: ESL - will diplay all courses with an ESL subject.


Enter one or more key words or MCCCD Governing Board Approval (GBA) Date) for an open or closed course title search.
Example #1: College Algebra with AND selected - will display all courses with titles containing College and Algebra.
Example #2: College Algebra with OR select - will display all courses with titles containing College or Algebra.
Example #3: GBA:6-24-08 - will display all courses with a Governing Board Approval date of June 24, 2008.
AND OR

Enter one or more courses or key words for an open course description and course note search.
Example: accounting - will display all courses with accounting in the course description or course note.
AND OR

Enter one or more courses or key words for an open course requisite search.
Example #1: ENG101 - will diplay all courses that have ENG101 in their prerequisite and/or corequisite.
Example #2: placement OR exam - will display all courses with requisites that contain a reference to a placement exam.
Example #3: MAT0 OR MAT1 OR MAT2 - will display all courses with requistes that contain a MAT Subject but not those courses with the words mathematics or animation in their requisites.
AND OR

Enter one or more courses for an open cross-referenced course search.
Example #1: PHI243 - will display PHI243 if it is cross-referenced and all courses that are cross-referenced to PHI243.
Example #2: PHI - will display all PHI subject courses that are cross-referenced as well as all courses that are cross-referenced to a course with an PHI subject.
