Description: The Receptionist Certificate of Completion (CCL) prepares the student for employment as a receptionist in a business office environment. Skill development includes microcomputer keyboarding and filing; word processing; electronic and traditional mailing methods; and telephone system skills. Techniques for effective office communication and making appropriate office ethical choices are also part of the program.
