Process Page Items

The items on the page are updated as needed and as change warrants. The District Curriculum Committee and MCCD Governing Board agendas are updated per an agreed upon schedule detailed in the Curriculum Processing Calendar.

Curriculum Procedures Handbook Sections (General, Courses, Programs)

The Handbook may be updated throughout the year as need arises but typically the updates to the Handbook are scheduled for May of each year. This is also true of the Academic Programs section of the Handbook when it comes to Academic Certificates and the Associate in Transfer Partnership Guide. The exceptions are the other programs such as the AA, AS, AGS, ABus, AAEE. Updates to these progams are scheduled per the catalog common pages review timelines. Additionally, these degrees may be updated in mid year due to action on curriculum proposals in process.

Curriculum Processing Calendar

The calendar is updated on an annual basis and typically the District Curriculum Committee takes action on the calendar in May or June.
