Update on Collaborative Efforts with Two of Arizona Public Universities
The Maricopa Community Colleges are working closely with Arizona State University (ASU) and Northern Arizona University (NAU) on special efforts to increase the number of students who successfully complete a Maricopa Associate degree and transfer to these institutions. These partnerships are based on a strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals. Through well-articulated transfer education and alignment of support services with Arizona’s public universities, Maricopa students will benefit from these collaborative efforts. In addition to the continued commitment to the statewide policies that support the Arizona Transfer Model, Maricopa has worked with these public universities on transfer arrangements that integrate academic programs and services necessary to support transfer students.
