Western International University (WIU) is a private university that has been based in Phoenix, Arizona for over thirty years. WIU has bachelor and master degree programs taught by faculty who are leaders in their fields. WIU offers flexibility to students in achieving their educational goals. Every academic year, 200 Out-of-State waivers are available to Arizona residents who are enrolled as undergraduates at Western New Mexico University. With this waiver, Arizona residents may enroll as undergraduates at New Mexico resident rates. Resident tuition and fees for the fall 2009 term is $1,794.25 per semester. For details

If you know a Maricopa Community College student who is graduating soon and plans to go to University of Phoenix in the fall, they can apply for a $1,500 scholarship. University of Phoenix is awarding 15 scholarships that are specifically for Maricopa Community College graduates. Completed scholarship applications are due by August 28, 2009.
