WIU is a private university with over 30 years experience in educating adults, and offers flexible options to help your degree program fit your busy lifestyle:

WIU faculty members are experienced, working professionals who hold advanced degrees in their teaching fields and are highly successful practitioners in their areas of expertise. Because our faculty are accomplished practitioners, they bring both theoretical and practical knowledge and skill to their teaching. They are specialists in facilitating student collaboration to maximize learning. What you learn in class today, you can apply at work tomorrow. WIU has a long tradition of providing transfer paths for community college students, and part of Mike’s role will be to assist in identifying MCCCD students’ need for more transfer options to allow maximum transfer of credits.
