This approval affirms that the School Psychology program is aligned with key professional standards as set forth by NASP and also delivers outstanding quality of education at the national level.  The significance of this may allow a shorter time to a state licensure/certification process.  It also allows alumni a shorter time through the application process for the National Certified School Psychology credential (NCSP).  This credential enables a quicker process through many licensure/certification applications if a move to another state occurs.

 

Graduating from a NASP approved program is the highest level of recognition for School Psychologists in the field today.  We are proud to have reached this level of recognition at the national level  Thank you,
