Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist
Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Technologists operate an electroencephalograph (EEG) machine to record the electrical impulses transmitted by the brain and nervous system.

Work Environment:
Employment is available in hospitals, special clinics and physician offices.

Licensure/Certification:
To become registered, one must have training, work experience, and successfully pass an exam administered by the American Board of Registration for EEG Technologists. Registration is voluntary but preferred by employers.

Program Offerings:
GateWay Community College offers a Certificate of Completion in Electroneurodiagnostics. The program is 20 credits and may be completed in 10 months, while attending classes two days per week. It includes classroom instruction and supervised clinical experiences.
