Immunization Clinic Locations & General Information

All students must be compliant with the immunizations required by their allied health or nursing program to continue in that program. Requirements vary considerably across programs and students are advised to contact the program directly for a list of current requirements.

The immunizations listed below are required as a condition of enrollment in nursing courses. You are responsible for informing the agency or office regarding the immunizations needed.

  • TB skin test
  • Varicella (chickenpox)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
  • Hepatitis B vaccine series
The following tables list various local agencies that offer immunization services. You may also contact your own personal physician to obtain these services.
