The 4th Statewide Summit of Arizona Community Colleges & Indian Nations and Tribes will be held on January 18th, 2012 at the ASU Tempe Campus Memorial Union.
The Summit will include opportunities for Tribal leaders, Tribal education and scholarship program representatives and college and university leaders to network with each other as they develop strategies to address challenges and support the success of American Indian students.
Summit workshops will build on the work accomplished in prior summits, and will feature updates from key institutions on implementation of strategies identified in previous summits. In addition to Tribal and college leaders, participants include directors of Tribal education and scholarship programs, college and university executives, administrators and program representatives, K-12 American Indian programs, and American Indian-serving community organizations.
