Q: As a student how do I find my User Name and Password?
A:
If you are employed by Maricopa in any way (even as a student worker) you need to go to the "Maricopa Employee" user Name questions below.  If you are not employed by Maricopa, the Student Personal Administration Tool allows you to lookup your username and password, it also allows you to edit your personal information.

Q: As a Maricopa Employee, how do I find my User Name and Password?
A:
If you are employed by Maricopa in any capacity, even as a student worker, you need to have a Memo account to use Blackboard.  If you don't have a Memo account contact your campus Help Desk or your campus Blackboard Administrator to get one.  If you already have a Memo account, go to the "New Staff" page to get started.

Q: I changed my e-mail address in S-PAT why is it wrong in Blackboard?
A:
The e-mail address stored in the S-PAT tools does not get sent to Blackboard.  To update your e-mail address in Blackboard select the "Personal Information" link from the left side of the screen when you first log into Blackboard and follow the links.
