Property Tax Information
Property Taxes represents a major source of support for the general operations and capital needs of the Maricopa Community College Districts. It is the main revenue source in the General Fund (Fund 1) budget. For Fiscal Year 2012-13, property taxes amounts to $396,192,808 or equal to 58% of General Fund revenue budget of $683,497,573.
