201: Basis for Policies and Procedures

All procurement conducted by the District is governed by the following:

  1. State Statutes and Administrative Rules
  2. District Administative Policies and Procedures. These are based upon the American Bar Association Model Procurement Code, a generally accepted guide, and are written to comply with all applicable statutes and rules as outlined above.
