EXECUTIVE COACH / ASSESSMENT CONSULTANT
The Maricopa County Community College District is accepting sealed Proposals to retain the services of a qualified company or individual to provide a system of generic and customized feedback instruments to assess leader behavioral traits and values, leadership aptiude, workplace motivation and leadership competency mapping/gaps and to provide individual, team and group Executive Coaching based upon the assessment process. An interested party would be able to provide comprehensive coaching and assessment services to all levels of leaders in an educational environment. The party should ideally have experience working with educational institutions and have demonstrated ability to work effectively within an educational system.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK
The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is accepting sealed proposals for:CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK FOR THE NEW BRIDGET HALL AT CHANDLER-GILBERT COMMUNITY COLLEGE, WILLIAMS CAMPUS Services to be performed: Construction of a new Student Services Support Building, Bridget Hall of approximately 17,500 square feet. The project, when completed, should be energy efficient as is practical and possible. Further, the project should be able to attain LEED Silver accreditation. The District intends to construct this project using a construction manager at risk delivery system. The (CMAR) will be selected shortly after the consultant selection.
The Request For Proposal may be picked up at the Maricopa Community Colleges, District Support Services Center, Purchasing Office, 5th Floor at 2411 West 14th Street, Tempe, Arizona. DISTRICT OFFICE REMODEL The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is accepting sealed Bids to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for: DISTRICT OFFICE REMODEL, PROJECT #070067 Work will consist of the demolition and reconfiguration of portions of the existing walls, ceilings, flooring, ductwork and HVAC systems on the First, Second, Third and Fourth Floors. Only very minor work will be done on the Sixth Floor. Some new HVAC units will need to be installed. The electrical distribution system will be reworked to accommodate the new Office/Furnishings lay-out. Interior spaces will be repainted and re-carpeted. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications issued by MCCCD. The project is estimated between $700,000 and $750,000. Bid documents will be available August 12, 2008 for a $50.00 per set (check or money order only) refundable deposit payable to (Maricopa County Community College District or M.C.C.C.D).
