When an employee or student reports a check lost or stolen, they are directed to file an Affidavit of Fraud through our department. To find out more about the process and access the forms on-line, click here.
IMPORTANT!!
If you have received an unexpected check from Maricopa County Community College District, immediately call 480-731-8823 (option 1) to verify issuance of the check. DO NOT CASH any unexpected check unless it has been verified, as it could be fraudulent or counterfeit.
