About Us
The Maricopa Community Colleges’ Center for Civic Participation (CCP) seeks to enrich public life and public discourse on our Maricopa Community Colleges campuses and in our communities. The
goals are to increase awareness among Maricopa students, faculty, staff and the community about policy issues, civic involvement, and how government works; and to increase involvement of Maricopa students, faculty, staff, and the
community in civic life at all levels. The Center partners with civic and government organizations to conduct voter education, training, forums, and other civic programs.
The Journal for Civic Commitment is featuring the CCP in its current issue.
