- If you know the names of your legislators or your legislative district number, click here to find their email and phone contact information.
- If you do not know your district, or the name of your legislators, you have to look up your district first:
- For Arizona Legislature
- Find the Legislative District you live in by going to the following site and entering your address and 5-digit zip code:Lookup Legislative District
- Then go to the Legislature’s contact information page and look up the name of your state senator and the two members of the state House of Representatives listed for your district: State House & Senate Roster
- For U.S. Congress
- Using the same link as above, Lookup Legislative District, will also tell you your Congressional District.
- Once you know which District you belong to, locate your Representative on the following list: U.S. House Roster (AZ delegation). Click on your Representative's name to be directed to their personal webpage where you may find their contact information.
- To contact Arizona's two U.S. Senators, refer to the U.S. Senate Roster.
