Career planning is the process of identifying your interests, skills, and values and aligning those to the appropriate career path. In collaboration with the college counseling and career centers, Creative Pathways is working to enhance career development services available specifically to employees. This will help employees consider career options within MCCCD and identify important career development activities.
Employees can be helped in the following areas:
Employees will be provided with one-on-one coaching and tools to assist them in creating their next steps to achieving their personal and professional goals.
