Welcome, and thank you for your interest in “The Connection.” The Connection is a partnership between the Maricopa Community Colleges (Maricopa) and Northern Arizona University (NAU) designed to help you achieve your educational goals.
This partnership entered into by Dr. Rufus Glasper, Chancellor of the Maricopa Community Colleges, and Dr. John Haeger, President of NAU, opens the door to a stronger NAU presence throughout the county, which means that you, as a Maricopa student, have greater access to a variety of quality, comprehensive academic programs.
Based on their vision, the Connection brings together the Maricopa Experience and NAU Promise, and creates an environment where the conditions are in your favor. You can get an education on your terms - right at, or near, your local community college.
The Connection also provides Maricopa and NAU faculty with the opportunity to collaborate on articulation to strengthen the transfer process for Maricopa students.
