Electronic Publishing Design Part I
Introduction to the multiple elements of commercial publishing using the microcomputer. Basic foundation in the use of electronic page layout techniques including video digitizing, image transfer, graphics production software, graphic scanners, text processing, and output production devices. Emphasis on publication design and layout. Prerequisites or Corequisites: ART100 or permission of instructor.
