Livestock Selection and Evaluation
Selection and improvement of beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, swine, and stock horses. Study of the skeleton and its influence on shape, muscle structure, and general economic usefulness. Critical appraisal of animals and their value for agricultural purposes. Prerequisites or Corequisites: ANS110 or permission of instructor.
