Livestock Production and Management
Selection and improvement of beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, swine, stock horses, goats, and poultry. Study of the skeleton and its influence on shape, muscle structure, and general usefulness of animals. Evaluation of livestock for agricultural purposes. Prerequisites: None. ANS110 recommended.
