2. Describe fundamental water soluble surfaces, preparations, and methods. (II)
3. Describe the elements of a watercolor painting, including design, drawing, and color. (III)
4. Visit museums, galleries, and/or exhibitions to view examples of historical and contemporary painting. (IV)
5. Create and maintain an idea sketchbook, using a variety of resources. (V)
6. Describe and apply various methods of presenting watercolor paintings, including framing, matting, and mounting. (VI)
7. Evaluate one's own work and the works of other watercolor artists. (VII)
