|
Application and use of decision notices in Social Security Disability case determinations including the use of the various types of adjudication and determination forms. Ordering and prioritization of cases and management of cases from initiation to completion through principles of effective caseload management. Management of claim denial, proper use of system codes, and client referrals. Prerequisites: Current employment with Arizona Department of Economic Security, Disability Determination Services Administration. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. |

for effective caseload management. (VI) 7. Record cases
using summaries and checklists. (VII) 8. Manage
system alerts and messages. (VIII) 9. Use correct
system codes in an allowance or denial case. (IX) 10. Differentiate
when claimants require referrals to other government agencies for assistance.
