1. Apply language skills from Business English and Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology to transcribe records and documents. (I)

4. Define unprofessional dictation including derogatory and libelous statements, and demonstrate problem solving techniques to deal with unprofessional dictation. (IV)
