Pathogens including bloodborne and airborne. Regulations, disease transmission, standard and transmission based precautions, exposure control, and exposure determination. Best practices for containment and identification and selection of engineering control devices.
Prerequisites: Completion of Associate in Applied Science in Water Technologies degree or completion of Associate in Applied Science in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration/Facilities degree.
