|
Basic
arranging techniques as used in jazz and rock idioms for combo and special
ensembles. Idiomatic uses of harmony, melodic rhythm, voicing, tonal color
and notation. Prerequisites:
MUP164 and MUP165, or permission of Instructor. Course
Notes: MTC261 may be repeated for a total of six (6) credit hours. |
