Multimedia Project Management
Fundamentals of interactive video and multimedia project management in six major areas: defining, analyzing, designing, and validating interactive/multimedia applications; building and managing development and production teams; planning, budgeting, and scheduling; interactive/multimedia authoring; project implementation; and writing RFP's (Request For Proposal). Prerequisites: None.
