About MOSAIC:
Maximizing Our Strengths as An Inclusive Community, MOSAIC, is Maricopa’s six session (24 hour) inclusiveness training for all Maricopa employees. Over 550 employees have completed at least one MOSAIC workshop; this is what some of them have to say about the MOSAIC series:
Every employee should be required to take this class.
MOSAIC, an experiential journey in helping us understand individuals who have perspectives that differ from ours.
In this atmosphere, it is easy to share.
I could have participated for 8 hours.
Future Facilitator Community Trainings will be held as need and interest demand.
