Maricopa Employee Calendar
At this year’s leadership Summit , participants identified a need to have a shared calendar of events. They believe this will facilitate collaboration and support among groups, and avoid scheduling conflicts.
A subcommittee discussed what was needed. DAC offered to amend the Diversity Calendar to become an Employee Calendar. An identified person for each group will populate this calendar.
Our webmasters in Marketing and Communications are assisting with providing an easy-to-find link on the Maricopa Employee home page for the calendar, as well as a template for monthly highlights that will go out to all employees.
This collaborative effort is in keeping with the Chancellor’s One Maricopa initiative. Check out the calendar and make sure that your meetings and events are listed!
The Leadership Summit convenes the incoming and outgoing Leadership of Policy Groups, Constituency Groups, Diversity Coordinators and Wellness, to facilitate strategic planning and collaboration for the upcoming year. The summit has been convened for the past three years by the Vice-Chancellor of Human Resources.
