Two new administrative regulations that address the service needs of students with disabilities have been submitted through the approval process. The "Disability Documentation" regulation outlines the requirements that will qualify students for reasonable and appropriate accommodations. The "Sign Language Interpreter" regulation outlines how requests for an interpreter will be addressed when a student who is deaf or hard of hearing makes a request.
