Each year the Constituency Groups celebrate the accomplishments of graduating students and/or the contributions of employees with convocations and other festivities. While each event is focused on the accomplishments of an individual identity group, other members of the Maricopa Community are welcome and encouraged to attend.

All of these events are planned and coordinated by Maricopa employees who dedicate volunteer time and effort to create an event that affirms individuals within a culturally inclusive context.
