Student Internship Application

We are pleased that you are interested in participating in this Internship. Please review the details of the Diversity Infusion Program Student Internship in order to prepare a thorough and accurate application for the Program. It is recommended that you save a copy of your work.

Please use the following web form to make applicaton. A hard copy of the application can be obtained from the Diversity Infusion Executive Director.

In addition to completing this online application, please send the following items to the Executive Director of the Program, Dr. Bonnie A. Gray, by one of the following methods: through e-mail, through intercampus mail to Dr. Bonnie A. Gray, Dept. of Behavioral Sciences, SCC, or through postal mail to Dr. Bonnie A. Gray, Dept. of Behavioral Sciences, Scottsdale Community College, 9000 East Chaparral Road, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85256. A letter of recommendation from a faculty member stating why you would be a good candidate for this internship. All College Transcripts (Unofficial copies are acceptable)
