Pam went well beyond what was expected in helping us with a website development project. She provided guidance for the scope and methodology to be used, and volunteered to provide training on the process and Dreamweaver program with very short notice. If this was not enough, Pam volunteered to attend a second session with our group to make sure we were able to put the training into practice.

This project was substantially faster and easier due to Pam's time, effort, participation and assistance. BRAVO!
