The Maricopa Colleges Foundation and Development office would like to recognize Rhonda Barger, Lamont Opp and their teams for the outstanding job they did coordinating our move from the DSSC to Emerald Point. Prior to the move, they provided up-to-date information regarding the planning of the move, printed personalized labels for our boxes and equipment, and created and implemented a plan for keeping all of our computer accessories together. On Monday morning, March 31, we entered our new offices to find EVERYTHING in place: phones and computers set up and networked, boxes delivered to the right offices and all printers, keyboards, mouses and monitors in place and working.
Our move took place less than three weeks before our most important annual event. Thanks to Rhonda, Lamont and their teams, we had no "down" time when we were out of touch with our donors and event vendors - they could find us by phone and email and we had no delays in our ability to reach out to them.
