The Faculty Association
Most educators around the world have heard of Maricopa! We are huge, we are premier, we have it all! What is it really like to work at Maricopa? What does Maricopa promise its faculty? It promises them the opportunity to provide their students with a quality education. There is support, continuing education opportunities, technology, creativity, innovation, professionalism, freedom of expression, resources, leadership, diversity, stability and a few hundred other things. The job of each faculty member is to provide students with the best quality of instruction available. It’s hard work, but worth it.

The Adjunct Faculty Association is a professional organization of and for the part-time teaching staff and supportive faculty members of Maricopa Community Colleges. We use integrative, innovative decision-making processes that support growth in quality education.

The Management, Administrative, Technological (MAT) employee group provides leadership, advocacy and communications for employee negotiations, benefits, grievances, professional growth and other key areas. The management culture at Maricopa is inclusive in the broadest sense of the word. Decisions are most frequently reached by collaboration and consensus.

The Professional Staff Association (PSA) provides a united voice for Professional Staff employees by encouraging professionalism, education, advancement, friendship, diversity and volunteerism. PSA provides assistance for professional development to expand education, attend seminars, and increase leadership skills. With a professional and caring attitude, PSA members work together to complete tasks and assignments for the success and advancement of the Maricopa Community Colleges.
