Recruitment campaigns strive to use a cross section of ethnic groups throughout our Maricopa college system, to ensure that all ethnic groups are equally represented in our hiring practices and recruitment efforts.
With this in mind, and in keeping with the Maricopa Colleges vision and goals, it is the scope of the EEO/AA Office to continue a high level of recruitment practices which "Hire the Best" for Maricopa County Community College District.
We are dedicated to the cause of insuring that all of our students attain a quality education, and all faculty, staff and administrators work together in harmony, creating an environment which fosters high academic achievements.
