Vision
The HR Strategic Advisory Team will work collaboratively to intentionally design the future of HR at MCCCD.
History
The Human Resources Strategic Advisory Team was established based on a Chancellor's Executive Council directive in 2008.
This new Team will focus on strategic Human Resources issues, delegating operational concerns to identified sub-groups. The HRSAT includes members from various areas and colleges throughout MCCCD in order to establish an inclusive structure and to view organizational human resources in a strategic manner.

Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month from 2-4:00pm.
The meeting location will rotate at sites able to host a meeting. The default meeting location will be the Emerald Point Building, District Office, or Rio Salado College.
