DO Service Incident Communication Plan 01-09

Project Description:

This project will document the processes for assessing, communicating/routing, and resolving service outages. A service outage could be planned maintenance, unplanned maintenance or a service incident and could involve applications, hardware (infrastructure), total or partial (functionality) outage and could range from one computer to multiple colleges.
