Career planning is the process of identifying your interests, skills, and values and aligning those to the appropriate career path. In collaboration with the college counseling and career centers, Creative Pathways will help employees consider career options within MCCCD and identify important career development activities. Employees can be coached one-on-one in the following areas:

Career Development Services

Career resources for employees can also be found through the counseling and career centers located at your college. Resources include a variety of assessment tools that measure career interests, skills and values. In addition, you will find information on labor market and job trends. Finally, these centers provide information and guidance throughout the job search process, including networking, resume writing, interviewing, career development planning and coaching.
