Director Information Technology Services Learning Center
Responsible for district-wide strategic planning and directs all aspects of the district-wide voice communications systems, library automation, library technical services, help desk, information technology training, conferencing systems and budget. In the division of Information Technology Services, administers strategic planning and direction of all learning activities and related projects.

Director Information Technology
Designs, develops, implements and evaluates administrative and academic computing and communications systems including planning, budgeting and allocation of personnel and resources in support of the strategic objectives of the college.
Common Work Activities
- Plans, directs and evaluates the strategic direction for the development and operation of an information services unit
- Recommends new applications and new configurations and assesses the technological capacity to meet the future needs of the college
- Designs technology applications which link specific applications such as annual reports, assessment plans, organizational data and goals and objectives to district-wide systems.

Systems Administrator I
Responsible for resolving customer maintenance and repair issues. Installs, maintains, and administers network applications and services in a multi-vendor, multi-platform client/server environment. Responsible for implementation and ongoing support for services such as network operating systems, applications, data assurance, client/server hardware, and local area network devices.
Common Work Activities
- Plans, coordinates, and installs various operating system and application software on a variety of servers and workstations
- Resolves customer workstation and software problems
- Configures local area network servers and workstations; implements customer network services (i.e. printing, user accounts); installs and maintains network and computer peripherals (e.g. printers, modems, or related equipment)

Client Support Analyst
Assistance to students, faculty, and staff provided with computer systems, workstations, peripherals, computer applications, course software, and online course delivery systems. Users requesting moves, the installation of equipment, troubleshooting of computer hardware/software, phone and electronics are provided assistance.
Common Work Activities
- Provides technical support to students, faculty and staff regarding computer equipment, peripheral and applications
- Provides in-person, phone and electronic services ranging from support to training; answers questions and provides support regarding configurations, moves or installations of computer, telecommunications equipment, network connectivity policy and procedures
- Assists in filling out work request forms and relaying requests to appropriate group; keeps abreast of policy, procedures and changes to operation systems; maintains records of correspondence received and responses

Manager Media Services
Directs and administers the Media Services department responsible for technical support to classrooms. Responsible for overseeing the television broadband distribution system and the redistribution of commercial cable television programming. Develops personal and departmental web pages and oversees library media collections.

Manager Help Desk
Directs Help Desk function and supports college/district operations. Prepares maintenance and system specifications for development. To outside vendors of processing services serves as a liaison. Develops or help prepare user requirements for new systems. Work contacts include administrators, faculty, staff and vendors. Equipment used includes a full range of computer equipment.
