The MCCCD Covey Facilitator Community is a cross functional group of employee volunteers, who are certified to facilitate personal leadership learning opportunities in partnership with EOLT. The community is committed to helping others on their journey to personal and professional effectiveness. Each facilitator volunteers to facilitate one to two offerings per semester and offers coaching/mentoring services to the participants and work with employees to reinforce the course principles. Each facilitator in the community has worked within his/her own circle of influence to create internal partnerships with supervisors, work groups and colleges, and external partnerships with community agencies utilizing win-win agreements.
Eligibility & Requirements
All MCCCD part-time or full-time Governing Board approved employees who have completed the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (within or outside of Maricopa) are eligible to apply. Recruitment occurs on an as needed basis.
