In an effort to provide continued support for college/site representatives responsible for administering employee and organizational development for their respective college or site, the Employee Developers Group was formed. The group meets regularly and provides opportunities for:
- Sharing "best practices"
- Collaboration on events or speakers
- Networking sessions
- Sharing resources and ideas
- Connecting to the "big picture" of Maricopa
