Maricopa Community Colleges

MOSAIC

The MOSAIC Facilitator Community is a volunteer group of facilitators who are asked to co-lead MOSAIC training session and promote the program at their colleges. Facilitators will receive initial and continuing training to support their own development in diversity and inclusion. Potential facilitators will be asked to participate in a selection process to ensure that this is an effective way for them to contribute to the growth of diversity efforts at Maricopa.

Maricopa employees are eligible to apply to be a MOSAIC facilitator if they are:

  • Full time, Governing Board approved, employed at least two full years (One-Year-Only (OYO) and employees working thirty hours or less are not eligible).
  • Not on probation or under disciplinary action
  • Adjunct faculty are eligible if they have worked with the district for at least three years.

MOSAIC Facilitator applications are accepted on an as-needed basis (not actively recruiting at this time, please check back later).
