Training delivery and instructional development is accomplished through key partnerships. Functional area subject matter experts (SME) assist to ensure training information is accurate and up-to-date. SMEs provide information regarding administrative regulations, state and federal regulations, policies, procedures and best practices. EOD provides the expertise to take this information and convert it into appropriate training methodologies and support materials.
The benefits of these partnerships are plentiful and varied. In most cases, the subject matter experts participating in these partnerships are also facilitators of their respective topics. Participants have direct interaction with the subject matter experts, which adds an essence of practicality and credibility to the content being discussed.
