The Maricopa Employee Mentor Program is an employee program coordinated through the Creative Pathways office. It is an informal program, which means that the mentor and mentee establish the relationship. Together the mentor/mentee will determine:
- Goals
- Meeting times (monthly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, etc.)
- Length of the relationship
When is the Program Available?
The program is open throughout the year as open entry/open exit option to assist all MCCCD employees (part-time, full-time, board-approved, non-board approved) with:
- Guidance and Information
- Skill Building
- Experiential Learning
