Mentors responsibilities will be to:
- Monitor mentee’s progress and provide direction, assistance and advice.
- Meet the mentee as often as designated through their outlined expectations.
- Support the mentee’s emotional well-being by providing them time to communicate.
- Respect the mentee’s individuality and privacy.
- Keep confidentiality with the mentee.
- Complete a progress report for submittal to the program coordinator.
- Once matched with a mentee, set up the details of the relationship

Mentee’s responsibilities will be to:
- Develop new skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a log of mentoring activities.
- Seek guidance and advice from their mentor.
- Accept responsibility for their career development.
- Once matched with a mentor, set up the details of the relationship
