Employees can be creative and can identify opportunities that would support their re-engagement within the organization. Many times the identified activities have a cost involved for implementation. The Renewal program exists to fund proposals that support employee professional development and growth.
The purpose of Maricopa's Renewal Initiative program is to support organizational learning and employee growth through employee-designed projects intended to:
- Revitalize the organization
- Revive organizational values
- Support cultural change
- Expand employees capacity to be creative
Renewal funds will be awarded for proposals that fit one or more of the following categories:
- Organizational Learning
- Individual Learning
- Collaboration
